Lithothamnion calcareum, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate, red clover (trifolium pratense) extract, calcium ascorbate (vitamin C), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, sodium borate, manganese citrate, zinc citrate, zein protein coating, pyridoxine HCl (vitamin B6), copper citrate, cholecalciferol (emulsifier: acacia gum, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide). Free from: Artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, dairy products, gluten, lactose, soya, wheat, yeast.
Adults take 3 tablets a day with meals. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. A daily multivitamin is also recommended.
