Advanced Multi stands out amongst multivitamin and mineral supplements both for the broad spectrum of nutrients it provides and the highly absorbable forms in which they are delivered.
Advanced Multi contains natural vitamin E, vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, vitamin B6 as the active co-enzyme form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate, folic acid as methyltetrafolate and well-absorbed calcium from lithothamnion calcarea – a fossilised seaweed.
The new Advanced Multi formula now includes live bacteria, as well as a vegan source of active D3 Vitamin and higher levels of iodine. For better balance, the amount of Vitamin A has been reduced and replaced with beta carotene – a safer alternative for pregnant women to obtain Vitamin A.
With particularly good levels of iron, calcium, magnesium and B vitamins to support energy and the nervous system, this is a superior multi free from artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives, dairy products, gluten, lactose, soya and wheat.

Adults and children 15 years and over take 2-3 tablets a day (children 11-14 take 2 tablets a day, children 5-10 take 1 a day) with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Caution: This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Keep out of sight and reach. Total content of iron per bottle is 450mg. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medication or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare professional before using this product. B vitamins may turn urine bright yellow – this is normal. Contains Vitamin K. If you are taking anti-coagulants (blood thinners) do not take more than 2 tablets a day except on the advice of a doctor.
