Lithothamnium calcareum, l-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), calcium-d-pantothenate (vitamin B5), Siberian ginseng powder, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin B1), nicotinamide (vitamin B3), American ginseng extract, Korean ginseng powder, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, zein protein coating, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, nicotinic acid (vitamin B3), riboflavin-5-phosphate sodium (vitamin B2), pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), d-biotin.
Adults take 1-3 tablets a day with meals. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
