Natures Aid Flaxseed Oil provides 1000mg cold cold-pressed flaxseed oil in a vegetarian soft gel capsule and contains 500mg of ALA and 170mg of LA. Flaxseed also provides Omega-6 Linoleic Acid and Omega-9 Oleic Acid.
