Vitamin c with zinc immunity supplement
Two tablets provide: Vitamin C 1000mg, zinc 5mg, black elderberyy extract 10:1 (2% flavonoids) 80mg, blackcurrant extract 4:1 50mg, bilberry extract 100:1 (25% anthocyanidins) 2mg.
Ascorbic acid (vitamin C), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, lithothamnium calcareum, black elderberry (sambucus nigra L.) extract, blackcurrant (ribes nigrum) fruit extract, coating: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (glycerine), zinc citrate, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; bilberry (vaccinium ulginosum) extract. Free from: Artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, yeast, added sugar or salt.
Adults take 2 tablets 1-3 times a day (children 8 years and over, 1-2 tablets a day) with meals. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Cautions: More than 1000mg of vitamin C may cause mild upset in people with sensitive stomachs.
