Vitamin B12 is a member of the B Vitamin family, and like all the others, it is water-soluble and required to be consumed daily to support numerous different bodily functions.

Each handy tablet provides 1000μg of Vitamin B12 as Methylcobalamin and is designed to slowly dissolve under the tongue rather than being swallowed, bypassing the digestive system, and making this product suitable for those taking antacid tablets.
