OPTIGUT-D® combines 5 billion Saccharomyces Boulardii with specific good bacteria: Lacticaseibacillus casei, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus and Streptococcus thermophilus; alongside L-Glutamine and other supportive nutrients, including:
o Calcium – to support the normal function of digestive enzymes, supporting healthy digestion.
o Vitamin A – which contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the maintenance of the mucous membranes which line many body cavities, including the gut.
The selected bacteria in OPTIGUT-D® are bile and gastric acid resistant and have been proven to colonise the microbiome after oral supplementation.
