Higher Nature’s Complete Omegas blends the essential omega 3 and 6 fats which must be sourced from the diet or supplementation, along with omegas 7 and 9.
The key omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, contribute to many aspects of cardiovascular health. DHA is also needed for healthy vision and brain function. This balanced blend provides omega-3 fats in triglyceride form from cold-pressed, unrefined & filtered oils from wild sardines, anchovies and mackerel.
Omega 6 provides the essential fatty acid, GLA which plays an important role in hormone balance by the production of prostaglandins – chemical messengers with hormone-like activity. Complete Omegas also provides omega 7 from Sea Buckthorn oil which has been found to have an affinity for the skin and mucous membranes and may be particularly useful for post-menopausal women.
Omega 9 (oleic acid) commonly known as a monounsaturated fat, is derived from Virgin Olive Oil, a principal ingredient of the Mediterranean Diet, which is associated with a range of heart-healthy benefits. Complete Omegas 3:6:7:9 provides a perfect combination of omega fatty acids in easy-to-swallow gelatine capsules that can be taken by adults and children over 13 years.

Complete omega complex
Four capsules typically provide: 680mg EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid from fish oil), 480mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid from fish oil), 180mg GLA (Gamma-linolenic acid, from Starflower oil), 43mg Omega 7 (Palmitoleic acid from Sea Buckthorn oil), 112mg Omega 9 (Oleic acid from extra virgin Olive oil). 0mg cholesterol.
Fish oil [providing min. 32% eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and min. 22% docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)] [antioxidant: mixed tocopherols], capsule: gelatine (bovine), glycerine; starflower oil (borage) min. 22% gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), virgin olive oil, sea buckthorn oil, antioxidant: d-alpha tocopherol.
